These terms govern access to and use of JITM.ai, including the website, dashboards, APIs, model training tools, hosted prediction endpoints, MCP integrations, and related services.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for keeping account credentials and API keys secure. You must not share access in a way that avoids plan limits or allows unauthorised use.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Prices, billing periods, plan limits, and included features are shown before purchase. You are responsible for reviewing the plan details before starting checkout.

Customer content and models

You retain ownership of datasets, prompts, configuration, and outputs you submit to JITM.ai. You grant JITM.ai the rights needed to host, process, analyse, train models from, and serve predictions using that content for the purpose of providing the service.

Predictions, decisions, and professional advice

JITM.ai is a decision-support tool only. Predictions, scores, explanations, model outputs, and analysis generated by the service are not medical, clinical, legal, financial, investment, tax, employment, insurance, safety, or other professional advice.

You are solely responsible for deciding whether a model or output is appropriate for your use case, validating model performance, monitoring accuracy and drift over time, checking inputs and outputs, and applying suitable human review before acting on any prediction.

You must not use JITM.ai outputs as the sole basis for decisions that may affect a person's health, safety, legal rights, financial position, employment, insurance, access to essential services, or similarly significant outcomes. You are responsible for complying with all laws, regulations, professional obligations, and model governance requirements that apply to your use of the service.

No accuracy warranty

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JITM.ai does not warrant that any prediction, score, explanation, model, endpoint, or analysis will be accurate, complete, reliable, unbiased, appropriate for your intended purpose, or safe to rely on without independent review.

Customer responsibility and indemnity

You are responsible for decisions, actions, products, services, and workflows that use or rely on JITM.ai outputs. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify Hannai Labs Ltd. against claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your datasets, your models, your use of outputs, your breach of these terms, or your failure to comply with applicable laws.

Service limits

Plan limits may include model counts, upload size, training runs, API calls, endpoint access, MCP access, and support level. We may enforce limits automatically to protect service reliability.

Availability and changes

We aim to provide a reliable service, but JITM.ai may change, pause, or discontinue features where needed for security, compliance, product quality, or operational reasons.

Hannai Labs Ltd. is the controller for personal data collected through the JITM.ai website, account flows, billing interactions, support requests, analytics, and product usage.

Personal data we collect

• Account details such as name, email address, and login identifiers.
• Billing and subscription data received from Paddle.
• Usage data such as uploaded file metadata, model activity, API usage, logs, and device information.
• Support communications and feedback you send to us.
• Customer content such as datasets and prediction inputs where you choose to upload them.

Why we process data

• To create accounts, authenticate users, and provide the service.
• To train models, operate prediction endpoints, and return explanations.
• To manage subscriptions, fraud prevention, tax, invoices, and payment support through Paddle.
• To improve reliability, security, abuse detection, and product quality.
• To send service messages and respond to support requests.

Legal bases

We rely on contract where processing is needed to provide JITM.ai, legitimate interests for security, service improvement, and basic analytics, consent where required for non-essential cookies or marketing, and legal obligation for tax, accounting, compliance, and lawful requests.

Retention

We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes described here, including account operation, legal compliance, billing records, dispute handling, security, and backups. You can request deletion of account data, subject to legal and operational retention requirements.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to processing, transfer your data, or withdraw consent. UK users may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.

JITM.ai uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the site and app working, protect accounts, remember preferences, understand performance, and improve the product.

Non-essential cookies should be disabled until you give consent. You can also control cookies through your browser settings.

Paid subscriptions are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment routing, tax, invoices, customer billing support, and returns for JITM.ai orders.

Cancellation

You may cancel a subscription through your account billing portal or through Paddle buyer support. Cancellation normally prevents the next renewal and does not automatically refund time already used.

Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the plan, usage, applicable law, and Paddle's buyer process. If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us or Paddle as soon as possible with the account email and order details.

Trials and digital service access

If a plan includes a free trial, trial length, renewal price, and renewal date should be shown before checkout. Access to digital services may begin immediately after purchase.

Where a customer uploads personal data about third parties into JITM.ai and decides the purpose and means of that processing, the customer is typically the controller and Hannai Labs Ltd. may act as a processor for that customer content.

A Data Processing Addendum should cover processing instructions, confidentiality, security measures, subprocessors, international transfers, assistance with rights requests, breach notification, deletion or return of data, and audit information.

Enterprise customers or customers uploading regulated personal data should request a signed DPA before using JITM.ai for that data.

JITM.ai uses trusted service providers to operate the product. This list should be kept current as infrastructure and vendors change.

You must use JITM.ai lawfully and responsibly. You may not use the service to abuse infrastructure, bypass limits, compromise security, infringe rights, or process data you are not entitled to use.

• No unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive activity.
• No malware, credential theft, spam, scraping abuse, or attacks.
• No attempts to reverse engineer, overload, or bypass rate limits.
• No upload of sensitive or regulated data unless your plan and agreement allow it.
• No use of predictions as the sole basis for medical, clinical, legal, financial, employment, insurance, safety, or other high-impact decisions.
• No use of outputs in regulated or high-risk settings without independent validation, lawful authority, and appropriate human review.
